(a) Hourly rated employees of the Village shall be paid forty-five cents (45¢) per hour premium pay for regularly scheduled hours worked from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. of the next day on Monday through Thursday.
(b) Hourly rated employees shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per hour premium pay for regularly scheduled hours worked from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 7:00 a.m. Monday.
(c) Full and part-time employees of the Police Department paid an hourly rate shall receive a premium of fifty cents (50¢) per hour for regularly scheduled weekday night hours worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. each night, Monday through Thursday.
(d) Full and part-time employees of the Police Department paid an hourly rate shall receive an additional premium of fifty- five cents (55¢) per hour for regularly scheduled weekend night hours worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m. on Saturday; 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 7:00 a.m. on Sunday; and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday and 7:00 a.m. on Monday.
