Salaried employees paid an annual salary shall not be eligible for overtime pay. In the event that the following salaried personnel (Police Chief, Public Works Director, Utility Superintendents, Finance Director, Income Tax Administrator) work in excess of forty-four hours in a one week pay period, such salaried personnel shall be paid at an hourly rate equal to their annual salary divided by 2,080 for all such hours worked after forty-four hours. This section shall not apply to the Village Manager.
