249.16 OVERTIME COMPENSATION FOR HOURLY EMPLOYEES.

Whenever hourly rated employees of the Village are instructed by the Mayor or the Village Administrator to work beyond their normal work week, they shall be paid one and one-half times their normal hourly pay.
