(a) Any person employed full time by the Village shall reside within Butler Township, Mercer County, Ohio, within a period of six months from the date said employee is hired by the Village.
(b) This provision does not apply to part-time employees of the Recreation Board who shall reside within the Coldwater, Ohio, School District. There shall be no residence requirement for any other part-time employees.
(c) The Village Administrator and the Chief of Police shall reside within the Village within a period of six months from the date employment is commenced with the Village.
