249.08 VACATIONS, SICK LEAVE BENEFITS AND HOLIDAYS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   Employees working twenty or more hours a week, but less than forty hours a week, and having no other employment, shall be entitled to vacations, sick leave benefits and holidays based on a percentage of time worked, prorated to forty hours per basic work week for hourly employees. To qualify for such benefits, an employee must have worked a minimum of forty weeks during the calendar year.
