All full-time Public Works and Public Utility employees shall receive, in addition to their annual salary or hourly wages, five complete outer uniform changes per week, to be furnished by the Village, at the expense of the Village. The Village shall purchase and supply not more than one pair of boots for each full-time Public Works and Public Utility employee per calendar year. Such uniforms and boots shall be returned upon an employee's separation from Village service.
