1448.11 EMERGENCY CASES.

In cases where there appears to be imminent danger to the life or safety of any person unless a dangerous building, as defined in Section 1448.03, is immediately repaired, vacated or demolished, the Building Inspector shall cause the immediate repair, vacation or demolition of such dangerous building. The cost of such emergency repair, vacation or demolition shall be collected in the manner provided in Section 1448.09.
