246.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS; COMPENSATION.

The Chief of the Fire Department and all firemen and volunteer firemen appointed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this chapter shall be subject to such rules and regulations as Council may adopt and shall receive such compensation for their services as Council determines.
