246.01 COMPOSITION; TENURE.

The Coldwater Fire Department shall be composed of twenty-five members, including the Fire Chief and the Assistant Fire Chief, whose tenure of office shall be as provided by the Ohio Revised Code. In addition, the Department may have four cadet members who qualify for the cadet program.
