244.05 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.

(a) There is hereby established the Coldwater Police Department Law Enforcement Trust Fund for the purpose of the receipt and expenditure of proceeds received by the Village from court-ordered forfeiture of criminal assets and mandatory drug fine monies.

(b) The Coldwater Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual, concerning the administration of said Fund, is attached to original Ordinance 1336, passed April 28, 1997, as Exhibit A.
