244.04 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

(a) There is hereby established the Coldwater Police Department Enforcement and Education Fund for the purpose of the receipt and expenditure of monies received by the Village from any court of OMVI offenses and from the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles for immobilization offenses.

(b) The Coldwater Police Department Policy and Procedure Manual, concerning the administration of said Fund, is attached to original Ordinance 1335, passed April 28, 1997, as Exhibit A.
