238.03 APPOINTMENT.

The Income Tax Director shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. He shall serve for an indefinite period. Council or such officer shall have the right and privilege to terminate the employment by giving sixty days notice in writing to the other party of intention to terminate.
