The duties of the Income Tax Director shall be to administer and enforce the provisions of Chapter 880 of Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code (the Earned Income Tax) and all rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto. Additional duties of the Income Tax Director are more particularly set forth in Section 880.08 of such Code.
The Income Tax Director shall also perform any responsibility assigned and delegated to him from time to time by the Mayor or Council.
