1060.05 SERVICE CHARGES TO HOUSEHOLDERS.

(a) Rates for residence collection shall be determined by Council and adopted by ordinance prior to the time the exclusive franchise is awarded to the contractor. The charge to each householder for collection of garbage and other refuse shall be a cost per bag as specified and approved by Council.

(b) All other pickup schedules for residences shall be considered special with the rates to be established by Council.
