882.04 RIGHT OF COUNCIL TO RE-EVALUATE DESIGNATION OF AREA.

Council shall re-evaluate the designation of Community Reinvestment Area No. 1 on an annual basis after its adoption, at which time Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept new applications for exemptions, as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67.
