850.09 RATES.

   The maximum rates of fare for taxicabs shall be as follows;

   (a)   One single fare inside the Village - fifty cents (50¢);

   (b)   Additional fare per person - twenty-five cents (25¢);

   (c)   Children under ten years of age accompanying parents - no charge;

   (d)   Children to or from school from kindergarten age to sixth grade, both inclusive -thirty-five cents (35¢) per trip for each child;

   (e)   Children in the seventh grade and over - regular fare;

   (f)   All trips outside the Village - regular fare, plus thirty cents (30¢) per mile or fractional mile;

   (g)   The operator or driver may set up flat rates for other towns not exceeding the rate set forth in subsection (f) hereof.
