850.08 DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED; REFUSAL OF EMPLOYMENT.

Every driver of a taxicab shall have a license as required by the laws of the State. Such driver shall have the right to demand payment of the legal fare in advance and may refuse employment unless the fee is paid, but no driver of a taxicab shall otherwise refuse or neglect to convey any orderly person upon request anywhere in the Municipality, unless he is previously engaged.
