850.05 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

The Mayor, upon his own initiative or upon the recommendation of the Police Depart-ment, may revoke or suspend any license granted under the provisions of this chapter if the vehicle is used for immoral or illegal purposes or if the vehicle is not maintained in good condition.
