1440.04 REMOVAL OF NONCONFORMING BUILDING OR ADDITION.

Any building or additipn thereto erected contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall, after thirty days notice to the owner to remove the same, be removed by the Fire Chief or his authorized agents, and the expense of such removal shall be charged to the owner thereof. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penally provided in Section 1440.99.
