1440.02 MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS.

No person shall erect any building or addition thereto within the fire limits as described in Section 1440.01, unless the outer walls are constructed of stone, brick or mortar, or such other fireproof material that meets with the approval of the Planning Commission.
