1064.05 SUSPENSION OF PARK PRIVILEGES AS PENALTY FOR MISCONDUCT.

Any person may temporarily or for any part of a season be deprived of the use of any facility or part of Memorial Park, including the swimming pool, as a penalty for misconduct or for any other reason considered sufficiently serious to warrant such action. Any suspension or termination of use shall be issued by the Park Manager. It shall be effective only after it has been approved in writing by the Chairman of the Park and Recreation Board.
