1064.04 PROPERTY DESTRUCTION; EQUITABLE REMEDY.

No person shall purposely, knowingly, recklessly or negligently break, damage, impair or destroy any property in Memorial Park. In addition to the penalty provided in Section 1064.99, any person violating this section shall be liable for the full cost of repair or replacement of the property broken, damaged, impaired or destroyed.
