The daily schedule of hours during which the swimming pool in Memorial Park is open to the public shall each year be determined and fixed by the Board. Such schedule shall, at least one week prior to the opening date of the swimming pool, be published in The Mercer County Chronicle and posted on bulletin boards at the entrance gates to the swimming pool, at the entrance to the bathhouse and in the bathhouse, where it can be readily noticed and conveniently read by the public. No person, not duly authorized, shall enter any section of the pool or the bathhouse, or swim, bathe or wade in the water of the pool, outside of the fixed schedule of hours during which the pool is open to the public.
