1064.02 SWIMMING POOL USE RESTRICTED.

No person shall use the swimming pool in Memorial Park or enter upon its premises without express permission of the Chairman of the Recreation Board, except an officer or employee of the Village, before the opening date or after the closing date fixed by the Board.
