1060.12 USE OF INCINERATORS BY COMMERCIAL OPERATORS.

Incinerators used by commercial operators shall be constructed of metal, brick or block with flue and ash arrestors and shall be used with due regard and so located as to prevent smoke nuisance and fire hazard to neighboring persons and property.
