1048.50 SEVERABILITY.

If any provision of this chapter is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law for new users of the POTW. Existing users shall have one year from the adoption of this ordinance to comply with the requirements herein.
