212.07 RECORDS COMMISSION.
   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.39, a records commission composed of the Mayor (of his or her designee), the fiscal officer, the Village's legal advisor, and a citizen appointed by the Mayor shall serve on the Records Commission. The function of the Commission shall be to provide rules for retention and disposal of records of the Village and to review applications for one-time disposal of obsolete records and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by municipal offices.
