1046.07 PROHIBITED DISCHARGE INTO PUBLIC SEWERS,

Prohibited discharges to public sewers are set forth in the provisions of Chapter 1048. No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged into any public sewer any of the materials or substances set forth therein.
