(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each period of twenty-four hours after a period of thirty days following the original conviction.

(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 1044.07(h) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
