1044.11 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

All funds collected for sewer services, except the wastewater capital improvement surcharge, shall be deposited in a separate and distinct fund known as the Wastewater Fund. All funds received for sewer services shall be used for payment of the costs and expenses of the management, maintenance, enlargement, operation and repair of the sewerage system and for no other purpose.
