(a) The scheduled charges to be made by the Village for wastewater service and for the maintenance, administration, and operation of the sewerage system for residents outside the corporation limits and not connected to the Village's water system shall be as follows:
(1) Forty-two dollars and seventy-five cents ($42.75) per quarter plus the charge for the number of residents as follows:
A. Five dollars and ninety cents ($5.90) per quarter for any dwelling unit resided in by one person;
B. Eleven dollars and forty-nine cents ($11.49) per quarter for any dwelling unit resided in by two persons;
C. Seventeen dollars and seven cents ($17.07) per quarter for any dwelling unit resided in by three persons; and
D. Twenty-two dollars and sixty-seven cents ($22.67) per quarter for any dwelling unit resided in by four or more persons.
(2) For billing purposes, residency shall be defined as living in a dwelling unit a total of 120 days or more each year.
(b) Any property contiguous to the Village will be required to annex to the Village in order to connect to the waste water and water system. Other properties served by the Village's utilities shall not oppose annexation if their property becomes contiguous to the Village.
