1044.077 SURCHARGES FOR STORM SEWER UTILITY.
   A storm utility surcharge shall be and hereby is approved to be placed on all water and sewer bills as follows:
      $2.00 per month per residential water user;
      $3.00 per month per commercial or industrial water user
