1044.075 SURCHARGES FOR ALL USERS; SEWER IMPROVEMENT FUND.

Each bill for wastewater charges shall include a Capital Improvement Fund surcharge in the amount of two dollars ($2.00) per each 1,000 gallons of water consumed per quarter, and the moneys so collected shall be deposited into a separate and distinct fund to be known as the Sewer Improvement Fund.
