1040.08 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

All funds collected for water service shall be deposited in a separate and distinct fund known as the Water Fund, and said monies shall be used for payment of the costs and incurred expenses of the administration, operation and repair of the waterworks system and for no other purpose.
