1040.075 SURCHARGES FOR ALL USERS; WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

All consumers of water provided by the Village shall be charged a surcharge in the sum of two dollars ($2.00) per each 1,000 gallons of water used per quarter, which moneys shall be paid into the Water Capital Improvement Fund, kept separate and apart from the Water Fund.
