All water meters shall conform to the “I-pearl” automatic reading system (ARS), and the same shall be furnished and installed by the Village. Any normal maintenance or replacement thereafter will be provided by the Village. Should replacement be required, at the discretion of the Village Manager, the Village shall furnish the consumer with a said ARS meter.
