880.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter as set forth in section 880.12, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both for each offense.
   (b)   (1)   Any person divulging such information in violation of section 880.09(d), shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
      (2)   In addition to the above, any employee of Coldwater, Ohio, who violates the provisions of section 880.09(d) relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
