§ 99.01 HOURS FOR ALL CITY PARKS.
   The city establishes that the city’s parks shall be open for use, including parking of vehicles between dawn and dusk, as set forth by the time of sunrise and sunset by the National Weather Service. It shall be unlawful to be in the city’s parks at any time between dusk and dawn.
