§ 98.30 PLANNING COMMISSION FUNCTION.
   All subdivision plans and development plans submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission shall address the following items. The Planning Commission shall have sole enforcement authority of this chapter as it relates to subdivision plans and development plans.
