§ 96.15 ESTABLISHMENT; FEES.
   The city authorizes the establishment of 911 Emergency Telephone Service within the city, with a maximum fee not to exceed $.30 per access line per month for the first 18 months of installation; a maximum fee not to exceed $2.00 per access line per month for the initial charge thereafter, with neither charge to exceed to total cost of 25 access lines per month on each monthly telephone bill, and the Mayor is further authorized, if it becomes necessary, to enter into an interlocal cooperation agreement among the cities and county referred to above to create such a joint 911 Emergency Telephone Service, and to adopt regulations concerning the provision of this service.
