§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.02 or 93.03, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.

   (B)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provision of § 93.45; or who violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder; or who builds in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted or approved thereunder; or fails to operate in accordance with any certificate of permit issued thereunder; and from which no appeal has been taken; or who fails to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by a court of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed under § 93.45, shall severally or each and every such violation and noncompliance, respectively, be guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250, or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both. The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue; and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time; and when not otherwise specified, the application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions. Each day that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.
