§ 91.94  ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES.
   After the effective date of this subchapter, any newsrack that is determined by the Zoning Administrator to be in violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be subject to removal. The Zoning Administrator shall notify the permit holder identified on the newsrack of the violation. The notice shall be sent by certified mail and first class mail and shall provide a period of seven (7) days for the permit holder to correct the violation or file and appeal pursuant to § 91.95. During any appeal proceedings, the newsrack shall be removed and stored by the city of the permit holder may take possession of its newsrack(s) and store it at their expense.
