§ 91.93 ABANDONED NEWSRACKS.
   (A)   If any newsrack installed pursuant to these regulations does not contain the publication specified in the permit within a period of seventy-two (72) hours after release of the current issue, the Zoning Administrator may deem the newsrack abandoned and remove said newsrack. In addition a newsrack shall be deemed abandoned when no publication is in the newsrack for a period of more then seven (7) consecutive days.
   (B)   In the event a permit holder desires to voluntarily abandon a newsrack location, the permit holder shall notify the Zoning Administrator, completely remove the newsrack and mount, and restore that portion of the public right-of-way to its original condition (i.e. replace sod, damaged sidewalk or other surface.)
   (C)   Any abandoned newsrack removed from the public right-of-way shall be stored by the city for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days. At the end of this period the city may dispose of the newsrack in any manner deemed appropriate by the city.
