Not withstanding other definitions within this subchapter, the following definitions shall only apply to the provision of this subchapter.
NEWSRACK. Any box, container, storage unit or other dispenser, approved by the designated city official, installed, used, or maintained for the display and sale/distribution of newspapers, periodicals, or any printed materials.
PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. Land which deed, conveyance, agreement, easement, dedication, usage or process of law is reserved and dedicated to the general public for street, highway, alley, public utility, or pedestrian walkway purposes, whether or not said land has been improved or accepted for maintenance by the city.
