§ 70.38 LOCATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES; PARKING; FIRE LANES.
   (A)   The Mayor, Chief of Police and Public Works Director shall, after due consideration, determine the appropriate and reasonable location of all traffic control devices, parking lanes, and fire lanes within the boundaries of the city.
   (B)   Any traffic control devices erected in accordance with this section shall be supplementary to any devices constructed pursuant to any former traffic regulations of the city.
