§ 70.10 THRU TRUCK TRAFFIC ON WINTERS LANE RESTRICTED.
   It shall be unlawful to operate a truck upon Winters Lane except by residents or for the purpose of serving residents of Winters Lane whose principal access is from Winters Lane.
