§ 70.07 CURB CUTS REQUIREMENTS IN RELATION TO LIMITED ACCESS TRAFFICWAYS.
   Curb cuts for streets and/or driveways shall only be permitted after review by the City Engineer and approval of the City Planning and Zoning Commission indicating that said proposed curb cuts are in conformance with the applicable subdivision regulations and zoning ordinances.
