§ 70.06 LIMITED ACCESS TRAFFICWAYS.
   Kentucky Highway 1998 and the entry exit ramp for Kentucky Highway 1998 to Winters Lane shall be designated as L.A.T. because of their original design and construction with that end in mind, to serve as a connector between Kentucky Highway 8 and U.S. Highway 27 and to alleviate congestion at U.S. Highway 27 and Winters Lane.
