§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be fined an amount not less than five dollars ($5) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each day of violation.
