§ 39.15 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.
   This chapter hereby adopts, as if fully stated herein, the complete provisions, including all amendments and any amendments hereafter filed for the 2003 International Property Maintenance Code and 2002 Residential Building Code. All remedies available, including but not limited to, the above stated remedies may be imposed by the Enforcement Board.
